Meet Diane
Diane is a registered nurse, practice administrator, technical writer, travel writer and advisor—and a woman who has never met a question she didn't want answered.
A lifelong sports fan with a love of music, healthcare, travel, and a good debate, Diane brings curiosity and a healthy dose of sarcasm to just about everything. She has a particular talent for taking complicated topics—especially medical ones—and making them make sense without making them boring.
On Women With Receipts, Diane is usually ready with a question, an opinion, a story, or some obscure piece of information she absolutely had to look up. She believes the best conversations are the ones where people can laugh, disagree, learn something, and still want to keep talking.
Her receipts? A nursing degree, a degree in professional and technical writing, decades of real-life experience—and absolutely no shortage of opinions.

Meet Nicole
Nicole is a medical billing professional, medical office problem-solver, and fierce sports fan who can talk healthcare and sports with equal enthusiasm. Nicole has never encountered a problem or situation she can't analyze and improve!
With years of experience in medical billing and office management—and an exceptional talent for organizing medical office systems—Nicole knows how to look at a complicated operation, figure out what isn’t working, and make it work better. She can translate insurance-speak into actual English—and isn’t afraid to call out something ridiculous when she sees it.
On Women With Receipts, Nicole brings quick wit, practical perspective, and plenty of sarcasm. Sports are one place she and Diane are firmly on the same team in collective passion and opnions! Everything else? That’s where things get interesting.
Her receipts? Years of healthcare experience, a serious talent for making medical offices run better, an impressive tolerance for insurance companies—and enough sports opinions to fill an entire episode.
